At Smooche, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were not purchased during a final sale event.

  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
